OUR MIGRATION APPROACH
Our migration process emphasizes repeatable extraction, conversion, validation, and reporting. We map source metadata to new Index Cards in ReadyDoc, preserve document relationships, account for each document, and validate the converted results.

Document volume, total storage size, and file formats.
Metadata fields, document types, folder structures, and security requirements.
