With the Advisors Assistant integration, documents can be captured into ReadyDoc from within the familiar confines of Advisors Assistant, with virtually no learning curve for Advisors Assistant users. Document links within Advisors Assistant reference documents stored in the ReadyDoc cloud application, and support is also provided for folder links to open Client folders within the ReadyDoc cloud application.
With the Redtail Integration option, documents can be captured into ReadyDoc from within the familiar confines of Redtail CRM, and key client meta data can automatically be associated with documents in ReadyDoc. Likewise, searches for client documents in ReadyDoc can be invoked from Redtail CRM, based on the currently viewed client contact record.
With the SalesForce Integration option, documents can be captured into ReadyDoc from within the familiar confines of SalesForce CRM, and key client meta data can automatically be associated with documents in ReadyDoc. Likewise, searches for client documents in ReadyDoc can be invoked from SalesForce, based on the currently viewed client contact record.

REST API

XML Integration
ReadyDoc includes a flexible XML Integration method for organizations that need to transfer documents and related metadata from another system into ReadyDoc in bulk. Using a predefined XML format, third-party applications can package document metadata, storage path, file reference, and unique document identifiers for import into ReadyDoc. These XML files are then processed by a ReadyDoc upload application designed to efficiently handle large document volumes and large file sizes. This approach provides a structured, reliable way to migrate or synchronize documents from external systems into ReadyDoc while preserving the metadata needed for accurate indexing, search, and retrieval.
